Job SummaryThe purpose of this position is to support and advance the Centura Health strategy by building awareness in local markets through evidence-based marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for helping to achieve the strategic vision and business goals through a comprehensive integrated marketing program. This position is an integral part of leadership, providing counsel in all enterprise-led Marketing functions.
What You Bring/Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Minimum Experience Requirements
- Five years of marketing/public relations experience, including demonstrated success in strategic marketing planning and implementation with proven results.
- 1 year of management experience, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows platform, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Healthcare experience, desirable.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and digital platforms and tools, required.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Education Requirement
- HS GED; Bachelors Arts/Science Degree in Journalism, English, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or other related field OR equivalent experience. Master's preferred.
