JOB FUNCTION:

This role will lead in data, analytics and business strategy to drive focus on business performance analytics and optimization. VP will work closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Finance, Product and IT to build new reporting data repository, institute new ways to measure business performance, enable easy access to data and reporting, and provide strategic insights to the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze data to generate insights related to design, tracking/measurement, and impact of all marketing investment
  • Inform marketing strategies, conduct impact measurement, and establish predictive models to optimize marketing spend
  • Leverage digital and other data to identify and prioritize leads generated by marketing
  • Create and own the long-term roadmap for data and analytics
  • Reinforce data driven culture within the organization
  • Build data governance processes and ensure consistency and clarity of data and metric definitions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across the organization to build data and reporting repository
  • Source and manage vendors to enhance Webster's data and analytic capabilities
  • Manage quarterly business performance review process

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (math, computer science, statistics, finance)
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive data and analytics experience
  • Data quality and governance experience a must
  • KPI and OKR process analysis and implementation required
  • Reporting / Dashboarding design and implementation
  • Digital and Website analytics experience
  • Advanced Analytics experience (attribution, mix market modelling, forecasting, propensity modelling, segmentation, etc.)
  • Analytic Tools: SQL, Python, Tableau, Google Analytics and related experience required
    Salesforce and other CRM Marketing automation system experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical ideas and findings to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to navigate cross functional teams and effectively collaborate to deliver on cross-functional projectsAnalytic Tools: SQL, Python, Tableau, Google Analytics and related experience required
    Salesforce and other CRM Marketing automation system experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical ideas and findings to a non-technical audience
