Marketing Manager - Loyalty - Senior Manager

Job Description
The Loyalty & Personalization Coupon Experience Senior Manager will develop and oversee personalized offers across app, web, email and receipt. You will need to have a passion for looking at program performance metrics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement, and lead a team to execute test and learning plans to grow performance and create best-in-class experiences for our customers.

Your job responsibilities will be:
* Develop personalized offer and targeting strategies to test across customer cohorts; this may include new targeting, offer, or frequency strategies, methods of offer delivery, and more.
* Manage the personalized offer experience - where and how those offers appear across app, web, email and receipt, enhancing the experience where needed.
* Oversee 1 Direct Report and collaborate with cross-functional partners that manage ongoing executional processes and documentation.
* Lead analytical, hypothesis-driven approach to growing personalization programs. Live and breathe data, analytics and industry findings to develop test & learn approach to new concepts.
* Build learning agendas, analyze results, and integrate findings into our work for ongoing execution and refinement.
* Participate in the management of cross-channel strategy, ensure we are delivering relevant communications with every touch point that we support.
* Partner with resources across the organization to execute strategies.
* Size and scope personalization innovation opportunities, which should include a business case, a path to growth, an execution plan, and partnership support.

You will report to the Senior Director of Personalization Experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* 7+ years experience in loyalty, customer growth, marketing strategy in corporate or agency setting, or strategy development in a retail, consumer packaged goods, or consulting environment.
* Demonstrated ability to vision the future state, test hypotheses, and synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable strategies and tactical plans
* Experience working across multiple simultaneous projects with high time demands, and provide impactful and mistake-free work product

Preferred Qualifications
* A passion in reviewing performance metrics and identifying new concepts to improve channel and tactic performance.
* Deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives that have financial impact.
* Experience using personalized marketing vehicles to influence customer behavior - understanding of financial and operational functioning of targeted marketing vehicles
* Experience leading and developing a team of direct reports, and coaching through professional development opportunities
* MBA

Education
* Bachelors Degree
