Job Summary: As a marketing manager, you will be a leader on the marketing team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our B2B and enterprise solutions. You will drive the relationship between the product, sales and the demand marketing teams to ensure the creation of world class materials. Additionally, you will work closely with executive leadership on crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches. In your role you will be the expert in our audiences, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the marketing campaigns. Full collaboration across the organization is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a marketing plan with comprehensive engagement programs to communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of Prioritys payment and banking solutions.
- Create email campaigns with well-written content, creative elements and targeted call to action initiatives to build pipeline and opportunities for sales.
- Develop market segmentation and tailored messaging for each identified vertical by leveraging and optimizing internal and external market data and intelligence sources.
- Execute market product launches and work with operations and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Provide market and competitive analysis to understand trends affecting the product lines success.
- Work with event and trade show team on activities, messaging, and partner/reseller meetings related to our solutions.
- Implement sales promotions to drive market share and adoption.
- Managing and communicating feedback to our internal resources and our agency partners.
- Identifying and troubleshooting project challenges and come with possible solutions.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest banking and payment trends and our competition.
- Identifying areas of improvement in process and project management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 7-10 years of experience in a marketing, brand or demand gen capacity.
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- A strong understanding of marketing B2B SAAS.
- Payments or banking experience is a plus.
- Experience working in tech serving e-commerce or retail or, hardware tech (like payments hardware or mobile OEMs, POS etc) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional settings.
- High energy and drive.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation range: $94k- $115k
