The Marketing Manager, under the direction of the Executive Advisor and in collaboration with the CVS Kidney Care Marketing team and internal agency, will be a content machine, supporting the development and execution of B2B payor marketing (e.g. health plans, employers, health systems) for all CVS Kidney Care products and services and other duties, as assigned.

You will bring with you an interest in, and advanced understanding of, health payor audiences and the market factors that impact their commercial and Medicare lines of business. You will help lead the development and continual improvement of a B2B payor client value stories, the corresponding presentation library and customer case studies, talking points and FAQs, formal proposal (RFP) responses, and other collateral as needed to achieve business goals.

As Marketing Manager in the CVS Kidney Care Marketing organization, you should be a strong collaborator and discussion facilitator with the ability to interpret and transpose feedback into powerful, succinct, and modular marketing stories and campaigns. You will also serve as the marketing expert that supports internal presentations made by CVS Kidney Care leaders to C-level and Board executives. On occasion, you may need to facilitate customer research interviews (internal and external) aimed at ensuring our messaging and delivery methods are addressing payors most pressing pain points, needs, desires and expectations as they adapt to new market forces that arise.

The ideal candidate is a master storyteller. Well also be looking for you tell us what "modern marketing" means to you and what innovative methods, software, or delivery formats you believe in.

Ultimately, you should be able to support all deliverables in line with a payor-facing B2B marketing strategy that successfully champions our brand, cultivates new leads, grows sales, and delights our customers.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years experience in health industry marketing
* B2B storytelling and data storytelling experience
* Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience in marketing, communications, or related field
* Proven work experience in marketing with a focus in digital content experience and strategy

Preferred Qualifications
* Agency experience
* Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats
* Design, creative software
* Chronic condition marketing experience
* Proven track record of quick, iterative work that supports an Agile, start-up environment
* Works independently to solve complex problems and recommend innovation solutions
* Ability to distill complex ideas into visual concepts
* Skilled writer with ability to own creation of new content marketing pieces
* Continual focus on audience engagement and lead generation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail
* Work from home allowed 100% of time (any location in the US)
* Some travel required

Education
Bachelor's degree.
