Dynamic, strategic product marketing Manager who has a passion for creating and delivering market-defining health experiences that improves the health and wellbeing of our customers. We deliver this through new and innovative clinical products and services across a variety of critical categories including women's health, oncology care, and several chronic conditions, like diabetes care. This role will leverage B2B strategies to support the launch of new products across the CVS Health Enterprise, including our Health Care business, Pharmacy Benefits Management business and Retail business.
Transformation is a division within CVS Health that was established to design and develop innovative products/services that can be leveraged across our business units to make healthcare more intuitive, convenient and accessible for people.
Transformation Marketing is looking for an innovative Marketing Manager who is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of individuals in categories like behavioral health, womens health, wellness and seniors. Were looking for someone who lives and breathes B2B marketing and is constantly inspired and excited by the ever-changing healthcare environment.
This role is responsible for the development and execution of B2B product marketing plans and support internal business with the channel strategies to drive awareness and adoption of clinical products and services.
This role is meant for a seasoned, omni-channel marketer that knows how to turn insights into marketing strategy, with a strong background in B2B marketing, digital, and B2C. This role is at the intersection of business stakeholders, customers, product design and marketing. A successful candidate will be a creative problem solver who has the ability to excel alongside highly dynamic cross functional teams across all of CVS Healths business units and to lead multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Create campaign goals and objectives, and compile briefs to support execution and implementation with our internal/external creative agencies
Develop omni-channel acquisition marketing strategies that evolve through ongoing analysis
Create personas based on marketing insights and user research that will help drive adoption and continued engagement
Make channel acquisition plans and DTC/B2B strategies based on all available communication channels
Participate in UX/UI user testing and translate results into better marketing and app experiences
Develop, execute and monitor the marketing strategy and supporting CRM activities for continued engagement
Inspire those around you with how you work and treat others
Curiosity, humility and positivity are a must - high output
Strong customer focus
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in marketing or related field, focused on marketing strategy and program execution
Demonstrated experience in B2B and B2B2C marketing strategy and execution
Experience in Product, Marketing, Brand Management, Agencies, or Consulting roles
Experience in program, project, and vendor management
Preferred Qualifications
Previous healthcare marketing experience a plus
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field, or related experience
