A leading national property management company is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to oversee operations across five states. This position will be based in our Oklahoma City, OK with regular travel (1-2 times per month) to our offices in Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Texas. Our company is dedicated to helping individuals from all walks of life build better financial futures through real estate investments and by managing high-quality homes that enhance community housing opportunities. The Marketing & Sales Manager will play a crucial role in supporting business growth by leading marketing efforts and overseeing our Business Development Managers in each location. The primary focus will be to drive portfolio expansion by increasing the number of properties under management through Marketing and Sales. Responsibilities
- Responsible for Marketing our brand across 5 different states (Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas) , 6 office locations
- Manage our third party companies that handle all SEO, PPC, and any other paid marketing for each office location and measuring effectiveness
- Handling marketing campaigns and working with Business Development and Sales teams to make sure that we are, as a brand, keeping content out on all the current sites
- Develop and execute Marketing strategies to support business operations and growth
- Producing a brand style guide that best captures the company or clients voice and mission
- Conducting market research to determine a target audiences needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns
- Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
- Interpreting online marketing analytics
- Manage and support Business Development Managers in multiple locations
- Drive the expansion of our property portfolio in each state
Qualifications
- Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills
- 2 years related experience
- Associate or Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and customers where applicable
- Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, customer relationship management and other relevant software
- Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making
- Understanding of marketing best practices
- Creativity, adaptability and familiarity with current marketing trends
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to set deadlines and goals and meet them
- Great organization, time management and prioritization abilities
- Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
Our Marketing & Sales Manager role is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-5pm. At the end of your 90 day probationary period, employee receives 2 weeks PTO for a year (prorated for the year at the end of your 90 day probationary period), is given plus 401K matching up to 5%. At this time there are no healthcare benefits. This position has to be able to travel between all of our office locations at least once a month. That is 6 different office locations in different states and travel expenses are paid for with a company card. Salary is dependent on experience and starts between $55,000-$70,000 annually.
