Job Description

The Marketing Specialist assists with the development and implementation of strategies, initiatives, marketing and communication plans for the various business units and brands under the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc. The incumbent meets with key stakeholders to understand their needs and to discuss objectives and requirements of the business-marketing job. Duties includes the design, illustration and preparation of advertising/marketing campaigns; writing, editing, creating and/or acquiring content for websites, social media, and other marketing communications channels. The Marketing Specialist assists with campaign analytics to determine Return of Investments (ROI). Bachelor degree in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field is required. A minimum of one (5) year of previous experience directly related to the tasks specified herein is required. Graphic and Print Design experience is required. Previous experience and training in lieu of education may be considered. Presentation of a portfolio at the time of interview is highly desire. The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to work with diverse groups and have excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient computer skills are required utilizing Microsoft and MAC software packages and add-ins. Proficiency also required in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Word Press, Multimedia Design Software, Web design/Basic HTML. The incumbent must possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
