This position will be responsible for helping our customers on their health journey by driving and elevating our Front Store Health business-both in our stores and online and integrating throughout the CVSH Enterprise. This person will develop marketing strategies that are grounded in data and customer insights, and activate these strategies across paid (e.g., social, online video, digital display, search), owned (e.g., email, direct mail, landing pages, store experience) and earned channels that lead to positive business outcomes. We are looking for a candidate that has an entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to use customer insights, business data, and competitive analysis to discover ways to innovate and improve the ways in which we engage with our customers through paid, owned and earned media. This role requires partnerships with a variety of stakeholders including merchandising, media, creative, analytics, marketing channel experts, and enterprise partners. All plans and initiatives will require specific KPIs and measurement goals to quantify the impact to the Front Store Health business and broader CVSH enterprise.

The Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy - Health Equity will:

Leadership
* Lead execution of all project deliverables including, but not limited to, brief development, collaboration with Procurement on print production deliverables, collaboration with Operations on field readiness, and Legal review of materials.
* Develops the strategic marketing brief, presents to appropriate teams and leaders
* Gathers input from the appropriate cross functional partners and consolidates
* Leads a team of professional colleagues; adapts plans and priorities to meet business objectives and/or operational challenges. Builds the capability of individuals and teams through coaching and mentoring

Business Case & Marketing Plan Development
* Collaborates with Director, Insights Team and other key leaders on learning agendas
* Assist with translating insights into attainable business opportunity and effective marketing plan

Resources
* Engages necessary constituents in conjunction with Supervisor to secure necessary expense and resources to stand up and execute against business opportunity.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding.
* 3+ years of cross-functional leadership experience.
* 2+ years of retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience.
* 2+ years of digital marketing experience including examples of testing and validating emerging opportunities

Preferred Qualifications
* A customer-first mindset that drives decision-making supporting the customer, regardless of channel
* Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal and external business partners to deliver business results
* Ability to problem solve by identifying and removing barriers while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude
* Omni-channel marketing experience, particularly digital marketing, with a strong understanding of both paid and owned assets
* Quantitative skills (data analysis, sales trends, forecasting, market sizing) that can be used to organize and interpret data in order to create actionable insights
* Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to question the status quo in order to drive improvements and optimizations
* Highly motivated, self-starter who can thrive in a demanding, performance-driven environment and make thoughtful decisions even when under tight deadlines
* Effective oral and written communication skills that can be used to articulate plans and strategies to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders
* Experience working in a highly-matrixed organization
* Budget management experience, which includes both the ability to make informed decisions on how marketing dollars should be allocated as well as the responsibility of tracking and communicating that spend
* Strong MarTech skills highly desired.
* Strong PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years
of experience) required
