Medical Assistant - Dakota Pediatrics
SUMMARY: The Medical Assistant (MA) is accountable for basic clerical and technical supportive services within a defined scope of practice under the direction of a licensed physician or surgeon. The incumbent functions as a patient care team member assisting licensed staff in the performance and provision of safe and efficient patient care.
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a High School Diploma or GED as well as Basic Life Support (BLS). Minimum six (6) months experience working in a healthcare environment as a Medical Assistant is preferred. Bilingual skills are preferred.
POSITION DETAILS: Full time 80 hours per pay period.
