Medical Assistant Opportunities
We are currently looking for Medical Assistants with at least one year of recent back office experience for ongoing clinical opportunities in the Surprise area.
All positions are 8-5pm and offer flexible Monday - Friday scheduling. Work your preference of 1-5 days per week in the location you prefer!
Medical Assistant Job Duties:
Assists patient with exam and treatment by taking and recording vital signs.
Obtains and updates patient history and Medication List.
Communicates symptoms established by patients to the provider.
Collects, labels, and deliver patient specimens per provider's orders.
Phlebotomy experience a plus, not required.
Secures patient consent for immunizations and other procedures.
Reviews pre-printed instruction sheets with patients. If additional patient instruction is required, MA will refer to Physician or RN.
Medical Assistant Requirements:
Medical Assistant Diploma from an accredited program
1+ Years Recent Medical Assistant Experience
TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray
CPR
MMR Titers and/or Immunizations
