Job SummaryProvide quality and evidence-based information services and user education to meet the information needs of clinical staff,non-clinical associates, patients, and the community. Perform online literature searches and retrieve articles. Evaluatecollection holdings use to aid in decisions regarding yearly licenses and subscriptions. Regularly update holdings data inrelevant databases and systems.

Minimum Experience Requirements1 year of experience in a health sciences libraryRecent experience searching healthcare databases using multiple interfacesFamiliarity with the principles of evidence-based practiceKnowledge of cataloging principles, procedures, and systemsDemonstrated customer service skills and consultative approach
Education Requirement
Master's degree from an ALA accredited program.
License/Certifications Requirement
Membership in the Academy of Health Information Professionals, preferred
