Job Description
Houston Texas Fire Fighters FCU is currently recruiting for a full time Member Service Rep I/Teller Relief for the North Branch. Open new and service existing accounts, accept and submit loan applications to underwriting, cross-tell credit union products based on member needs, and return all phone calls and messages daily. Perform transactional duties to serve members by receiving and disbursing funds with a high degree of accuracy. Adhere to credit union policies and procedures. Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned.
Education requirements
High school graduate or GED.
Experience requirements
Must have a minimum of 2 years financial institution experience.
Knowledge of consumer lending preferred.
Understanding of credit union policies and procedures.
Skills
Must be dependable, punctual, efficient, accurate, well organized, and productive. One must be a team player, and demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times. Ability to perform tasks simultaneously, and must work well independently.
Work hours
Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday 7:50 am - 5:00 pm
Some Saturday's required.
Saturday-rotating schedule from 7:50 am - 1:00 pm
