Position Description
This a responsible professional position with limited administrative and supervisory duties at the unit level. Specific duties include testing, psychological evaluation and diagnostic services as well as counseling assigned patient caseload. This position functions under the supervision of a higher level licensed psychologist, but the individual has full professional responsibility for higher actions and advice.

Major/Essential Functions
Major/Essential Functions:
- Provide mental health services to patients in the correctional setting (jails, prisons, transfer facilities)
- Testing, psychological evaluation and diagnostic services as well as counseling assigned patient caseload
- Working collaboratively with unit based nursing and administrative staff to ensure proper continuity of care for patients receiving mental health services
- Excellent clinical documentation skills
- Provide on-call crisis services via telehealth
- Provide services via telehealth and on-site as needed
