SUMMARY
* Provide counseling, as directed by student Individualized Education Program (IEP), Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), or 504 plan
* Conduct interviews and record reviews to help determine the need for services and frequency
* Maintain student records with timely documentation of therapy sessions
* Create and update IEPs
* Determine student's special education eligibility through collaboration with MET/IEP teams
* Complete evaluations and progress reports as required by state and district regulations
* Provide case management service as required by school districts, including scheduling, preparing for, and conducting IEP meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
* Arizona certifications and license in one of the following: Social Work, Processional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
* Up-to-date clearances and certifications
