ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations
- Perform water meter related functions as directed by the Project Manger and Meter Services Manager
- Responsible for installation, reading, testing and maintenance of water meters
- Reprot information necessary to accutately report activities and data changes to the company and the customer

Customer Service
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with order fulfillment and accuracy
- Address customer issues as required

Safety
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 1 year of equivalent work experience in a related field preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Ability to interact with customers and promote our company and products in a professional manner with solid relationship building skills
- Strong understanding of project specifications and the ability to execute against them
- Excellent customer service skills with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Possess Time Management Skills - understanding how to prioritize and complete work within strict deadlines
- Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry and stay current on industry trends.
- Must be able to work positively within a team environment
- Able to learn quickly and have a desire to succeed
