Manages the internal Creative Services traffic team, processes, and tools to support on-time delivery of error-free marketing deliverables for all segments of the business. The CSM brings knowledge and experience in facilitating the development and production of a wide range of creative deliverables across all platforms - print, digital, and video. This person mentors and fosters growth of direct reports. The CSM works with department peers and internal clients to assist with developing, optimizing, and enforcing processes to facilitate efficient operations across the Marketing department. Oversees deployment and management of project management and digital asset management platforms in support of the department.

  • 7 years of creative traffic and/or marketing project management experience

ESSENTIAL job functions AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage members of the traffic team; effectively communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, mentoring, and managing employees.
  • Optimize creative workflow initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department peers to establish and refine processes and procedures that can flex to meet business needs.
  • Monitor project schedules to ensure accountability of project deliverables.
  • Work with Design, Video, and Content Managers to fill resource gaps through identifying and onboarding contract and freelance resources as needed.
  • Work with Creative Services director to support annual budget-setting and monitor and track expenses to ensure on-budget performance.
  • Stay up to date on trends in marketing operations, project management, etc.
  • Own the implementation, ongoing management, and user training of project management system (Workfront, etc.), working with teams and individuals to ensure proficiency with system to support efficient creative workflow.
  • Responsible for monthly reporting regarding work volume and resource utilization.
  • Work a full-time 40-hour week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.
