Position Summary |
NOTICE: BEST CONSIDERATION DATE IS EXTENDED TO: 03/25/2021 Under limited supervision, oversees and coordinates the day-to-day operations for retail and visitor experience, including on line sales and service for the Harwood Museum of Art in Taos, NM. Plans and organizes all aspects of store and online operations and visitor admissions including activities such as tracking attendance, buying, selling, consignment, merchandising, inventory control, and scheduling and supervision of customer service and support staff. In support of the organization's mission, works to maximize revenue and provide an exceptional visitor experience. Provides input into operating budgets, policies, and procedures, and provides leadership in the general marketing of the enterprise. See the Position Description for additional information. |

Minimum Qualifications |
High school diploma or GED; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |

Additional Requirements | Schedule will include weekend shifts as well as some evening and holiday scheduling. |
