Job Summary - CORRECTIONAL HEALTH

Leads and manages the daily activities of hospital supply chain functions. Responsible for training, policy compliance and the performance of departmental staff members. Demonstrates competence and knowledge in the daily activities of ordering, receiving, mailroom and distribution of materials within inpatient and outpatient settings. Interacts with management and leadership throughout all of Correctional Health to accomplish the organizations mission, vison and values. Responsible for the inventory control of warehouse stock, central supply and receiving areas, and interacts with departmental Director and other Correctional Health Management staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees / Work Experience / School Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred BA/BS in Business/Healthcare related (And) Three (3) Years Work Experience in Supply Chain Management
(Or)
High School Diploma or GED (And) Seven (7) Years Work Experience Supply Chain Management

Management Experience: Two (2) years of Supervisor/Team leader/Program Manager experience

Licenses & Certification - Related specialty (CCHP) certification required within 12 months of employment (preferred)

Communication Skills:
Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Writing /Correspondence
Writing / Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, MS Excel, P.C.
