Pay Range

$49. 87 - $68. 47/hr

An expert in Microsoft Infrastructure. This position will be the technical lead for all daily operations of the Microsoft Infrastructure team. Prioritizes and coordinates workflow. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by peers, customers and stakeholders.

The Microsoft Infrastructure Team Lead is expected to be an active participant in all Microsoft infrastructure engineering activities. This includes but is not limited to installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft infrastructure, implementing project designs, and supporting escalation of incident resolution, alert response and event management.

Responsible for problem-solving omplex issues. Responsible for implementation of infrastructure designs, setting guidelines for workflow, escalations, and communications about operational status. Manages project resources and updates status of project tasks with PMO staff. Establishes and enforces policies and procedures for the team. Assigns engineers as project resources and assists with project communications. Demonstrates best practices. Mentors peers and aids in the career development of less experienced team members.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• 10 years of experience within their area of technical responsibilities, in conjunction with project management, mostlywithin large enterprise environments, required
• 3 years of experience as a technical lead or comparable supervisory experience, required. Demonstrated ability to train and mentor others.
• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure platforms such as Domain Services (Active Directory, DNS, PKI, Group Policies, ADFS), Exchange Services (Client Access, Hub Transport, Mailbox/DAG, Unified Messaging), Cloud integration (Office365, Federated Services, Azure), and infrastructure management tools (System Center, PKI/certificate management solutions), required
• Experience with VMware vRealize Operations, preferred
• Occasional on call assistance for escalated events (1x/5 weeks rotation)
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required (4 years of additional work experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree)
• Microsoft or other revelevant certifications, preferred

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally

This position requires residence within a reasonable driving distance to the Corporate Office. Possible relocation assistance available for external candidates who meet distance requirements.
