Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has an exciting opportunity for a mid-level associate to join its Privacy and Security Practice Group.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of law firm experience, preferably at an AmLaw 200 law firm, and be an active member of a local bar in good standing. Strong analytical and writing skills are required. Prior experience with health information privacy and security issues and compliance are also required.

This position will include working with clients across a wide range of privacy and security matters that will include but arent limited to: assisting clients with developing privacy and security programs to comply with HIPAA and other health information laws; breach response; regulatory investigations; counseling clients on compliance with HIPAA, 42 C.F.R. part 2, and other health information laws; assisting clients in developing website privacy policies; and counseling clients on other applicable privacy laws, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and FERPA.
