JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM
Support the RN Care Manager team by triaging calls from members, mailing necessary paperwork to members and complete other clerical tasks. Remotely assisting the NJ FIDE SNP team.

Required Qualifications
Strong customer service skills while speaking with members about their plan
Computer literacy in order to navigate through internal/external computer systems, including Excel and Microsoft Word
Preferred Qualifications
Call center and healthcare experience is a preferred
Education
High School diploma or GED certification
