$54k - $60K & $25 per file at 161 + File ** Pay commensurate with Experience**

**Encompass Experience Required**

Executive Summary of Position:

To perform a quality check of the loan file to ensure that all TRID Guidelines are met prior to sending the Initial Closing Disclosure to the Borrower(s) for acknowledgment.

Essential Duties:

  • Review Specific documents in efolder to verify accurate input in Encompass
  • Review and input of all fees associated with the transaction - lender, title and 3rd party fees
  • Complete CD Specialist Checklist accurately and thoroughly
  • Balance Closing Disclosure after receiving updated fees from closing agent
  • Verify with loan officer and loan officer assistant any variances with fees since latest Loan Estimate and Initial CD prior to sending CD to borrower
  • Communicate with closing agent, loan officer, loan officer assistant and loan processor as to status and completion of process
  • Production expectation of completing initial Closing Disclosure w/in 24 hours of receipt and 8 CDs per day or 160 per month.

Other Duties:

  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Participate by example through sharing of knowledge and skill to promote a positive teamwork environment.
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:

  • High School diploma or general education degree is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience is required.
  • Basic personal computer skills including Microsoft office, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
  • Ability to use a calculator, 10-key adding machine or equivalent is required.
  • Reasoning ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks as requested by Management.
  • Ability to use independent judgement to achieve assigned objectives and goals while operating within corporate and departmental policy guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others.
