Who you are:
You are passionate about helping members through the mortgage origination process. You love building relationships with members over the phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and web to originate loans. Strong organization and follow-up skills are your forte as personal loan production must meet the set required standards, while maintaining a high level of file quality, service, investor, and regulatory requirements.
As an Electronic Mortgage Loan Officer, a typical day might include the following:
Originating mortgage loan applications via the telephone, email , chat, video conference and web.
Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Providing timely follow up on all originated mortgage applications.
Participating in external events to develop and cultivate Realtor relationships
Reviewing supporting documentation provided by loan applicants to ensure they meet investor guidelines and requirements.
Accurately pricing of loans and timely preparation and delivery of all required loan disclosures.
Attending branch meetings and assist in training of retail staff.
Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
This role might be right for you if you have:
a High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years of proven success in a sales position.
Bonus Points:
1 years of Mortgage origination experience.
Strong fluency in English and Spanish.
Active MLO License in the state of Arizona.
Working knowledge of Mortgage lending principles and practices.
Working knowledge of Mortgage Loan Origination System.
Working knowledge of CRM system.
Compensation: This position will have a base pay plus commission: Commission ranges from $45,000 and $165,000 annually
