Job Description
UNMB is growing our Post-Closing team! We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Shipper to join us on-site at our Levittown NY location. This position will be full-time, Monday - Friday. We're specifically looking for a team player who can diligently watch their pipeline and move loans. The ideal candidate will be able to expediently stack and ship while also understanding that quality is our top priority. Experience with Encompass and Conventional, FHA & VA loans is required.
Job Details
- Clean, Stack and Ship loan packages to Investors (FHA, VA, Conventional), FNMS, FHLMC and SONYMA
- Diligently and expediently follow Pre-Shipping QC Instructions
- Assist with other Post-Closing duties as needed
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Post Closing and/or Mortgage Loan Shipping
- Proficiency with Encompass LOS
- Agency and Investor experience
- Maintain pipeline integrity with an emphasis on quality
- Ability to work on-site in our Levittown, NY office
Compensation: $55K - $60K, 401k w/match, Health Insurance
