Executive Summary of Position:

Manage Administration of Operational Software of two proprietary business Channels for Amerifirst Financial RELO Funding and National Education E2E curriculum Programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the business model for RELO Program and National Education program and oversee all policies and procedures.
  • Manage a large and rapidly growing user RELO base.
  • Provide various reports, feedback and recommendations to upper management.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, sincere and professional attitude when representing the company.
  • Apply common sense understanding in distributing and carrying out tasks and instructions.
  • Work independently and in cooperation with others.

  • Manage issues and problems internally and externally

Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred with a concentration in finance or business.
  • A minimum of 2+ years in Management Role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • High level of skill with Microsoft Office applications, in addition to Basic administrative functions include typing and general computer use.
  • Very detail oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Strong business administration and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of logical operations as pertaining to business logic
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment with minimal supervision
  • Use independent judgment to achieve assigned objectives and goals while operating within corporate and departmental policy guidelines.

Other Duties:

  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Participate by example and through the sharing of knowledge and skill in promoting a positive team work environment.
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
