The National Lease Administrator will provide national and regional support by managing the default lease set up and online leasing lease set up for Lincoln communities. The National Lease Administrator will keep apprised of various state lease requirements and work as a liaison between departments and communities to ensure leases are maintained and updated accordingly. Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the National Lease Administrator are outlined below.

Bluemoon Administration

  • Develop Bluemoon administration project plan with Systems Director for Learning and Operations
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors of Learning and Talent Development (RDLTDs) and other regional team members to review city and state lease requirements and legal precedents
  • Schedule a review of default leases for each community to ensure leases are adhering to Lincoln policy and regional requirements
  • Perform audit of Bluemoon users to restrict lease administration access
  • Perform quarterly meetings with regions to ensure leases remain relevant to LPC policy and regional requirements/laws

Online Leasing Platform Management

  • Evaluate, test and troubleshoot new software and upgrades
  • Set lease overrides and form requirements for communities
  • Manage custom form approval and upload for communities
  • Communicate with vendors and communities regarding system changes as it affects the leasing platforms
Qualifications

The qualifications of the National Lease Administrator are outlined below.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal-skills, with a coaching mentality.
  • 3+ years property management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Yardi, Entrata and RealPage preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to communicate and present lease requirements to communities, leadership and clients
    • Strong analytical skills, allowing candidate to ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
    • Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from communities, leadership and clients
