ExecuTech Strategic Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Case Analyst to support the Global Solutions Management Operations (GSM-O) I/II contract, which provides support services for the operation, defense, and sustainment of the Department of Defense Information Network/Defense Information System Network.

As a Senior Business Case Analyst, you will be performing the following responsibilities:

List Duties: Develops formulas for calculating existing and future costs, researches current financial indices, develops details of actual cost of IT system using standard quantitative analyses.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and documents assumptions.
• Prepares investment analysis reports.
• Supports other GMS-O priorities and tasks as directed.

Required Skills

Required Skills:

• Documented skills in developing engineering project plans, progress reports and results reports.
• Ability to develop netcentric implementation documents and recommendations for the DISA Gateways.
• Experience in developing DoDAF Systems Engineering views and network diagrams for the Gateways.
• Documented experiences in assessing and developing NETOPS CONOPS feedback.
• Ability to develop DoDIN concepts and system designs for the Gateways.
• Experience in calculating existing and future cost analyses concerning the DISA Gateways.

Desired Skills: Broad knowledge and expertise with DoD network and enclave operations, hardware, software, and associated costing.

Required Experience

Education: Bachelors degree required; however, experience may substitute for education.

Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years relevant experience with DoD internet/intranet/enclave costing in support of DoD/OSD.

Clearance: Top Secret clearance
