We will train you to sell, lead, and run our business; do you have the desire to develop your skills? We will build on your previous sales experiences, and develop you into this sales and operations role.
As a Selling Branch Manager, you will:
- Make face-to-face cold calls each day using the Sandler sales techniques to qualify potential opportunities
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to uncover the potential customers pain, budget and decision making process
- Close new accounts that have a need, desire and budget to use Auto-Chlor System
- Deliver on our promise of high quality service "HQS" by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive partnership for our customers
- Lead and motivate your team to perform at their highest potential and develop them for advancement to greater responsibility
- Be responsible for internal sales, growth, profit, and key performance indicators
- Take part in the branch emergency on-call rotation
