Night Manager

Join our team at our most exciting new property, 100 Bachelor Ridge in Bachelor Gulch, managed by East West Hospitality!

Our Owner Services team is looking for a detail oriented Night Manager to complete the Night Audit team. This role is responsible for the safety and security of the property and the property's owners, guests and employees. If you have experience in hospitality, experience working overnight, and knowledge of Opera/audit software, we'd love to meet you!

Duties Include:

• Security monitoring of property, alarms and hazard inspections
• Overnight closing reports for the property
• Professionalism & friendliness when interacting with owners and guests
• Conduct Night Audit Reports
• Professionalism and Friendliness when interacting with owners
• Ability to check guest in/out to the property
• Provide assistance with luggage and vehicles as needed

Location: 100 Bachelor Ridge, Bachelor Gulch

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay rate: $25/hour

Schedule: Nights, 11pm-7am

• High School Diploma/GED; AND two (2) years of hospitality experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Principles, practices, and techniques of the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency with computer software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
• Excellent Customer Service
• Proper English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation via e-mailing and texting.
• Techniques for dealing with a variety of diverse individuals via phone, e-mail, and in-person.
• Knowledge of area events and club amenities.
