Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the President/Chief Executive Officer
- Coordinate Board-related functions; maintain Board of Directors files, calendar, and minutes
- Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas, reports, minutes, and more.
- Prepares, tracks, and maintains reports to provide pertinent data, using indicated software.
- Provides support to Executive Team as needed
- Prepares, tracks and maintains a variety of documents, graphs, letters and data analysis to the reporting supervisor and members of the Executive Team.
- Special Projects as assigned
- Setup and coordinate meetings, travel, and conferences.
- Arrange, coordinate and provide appropriate support for special functions or projects.

- Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience:
- 5 years of progressive administrative experience
- Other:
- Training in office and administrative skills
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional customer service skills.
- Intermediate level computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
