Job Description

Do you have administrative support experience and love staying organized? Do you have a great attitude and are open to learning and receiving feedback? Do you want to work for an established organization? Do you already have non-profit experience?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to the President/Chief Executive Officer
  2. Coordinate Board-related functions; maintain Board of Directors files, calendar, and minutes
  3. Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas, reports, minutes, and more.
  4. Prepares, tracks, and maintains reports to provide pertinent data, using indicated software.
  5. Provides support to Executive Team as needed
  6. Prepares, tracks and maintains a variety of documents, graphs, letters and data analysis to the reporting supervisor and members of the Executive Team.
  7. Special Projects as assigned
  8. Setup and coordinate meetings, travel, and conferences.
  9. Arrange, coordinate and provide appropriate support for special functions or projects.

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • 5 years of progressive administrative experience
  • Other:
    • Training in office and administrative skills

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional customer service skills.
  • Intermediate level computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
