Key responsibilities:
- Contacting prescriber offices to obtain fax numbers or prescriber email addresses
- Faxing nursing Plan of Treatments to appropriate prescriber fax number or email address
- Tracking Plan of Treatment details within the patient's electronic medical record.
- Indexing within the Coram electronic medical record nursing Plan of Treatments in Coram IT
- Train and utilize Epic Electronic Medical Record
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year of related experience in coordinating activities, administrative support functions, and customer service.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent detail orientation and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft business software.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a branch nurse clinical support specialist, pharmacy technician, home patient representative, or customer service representative preferred.
Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
