This opportunity is open to Telework across the US but will be working EST/CST business hours!
In this role you will deliver training sessions to new hires and existing staff that successfully transfers learning from the classroom back to the job in order to facilitate appropriate delivery of benefits and/or health information. Requires an RN with unrestricted active license.
Required Qualifications
-3-5+ years of clinical experience required
-3-5+ years previous training experience or previous platform skills required
-Excellent platform skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
-Requires an RN with unrestricted active license.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with post-acute review criteria
-Knowledge of 3 years managed care experience
-Knowledge of quality of care and member safety issues
-Knowledge of regulatory/accreditory guidelines
-Knowledge of all aspects (including services available) of programs used by audiences (e.g., assessment tools, Milliman Care Guidelines)
-Strong clinical/technical training knowledge of the function being trained.
-Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Education
Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred
