Martine Center is actively seeking Nursing Assistants for our Skilled Nursing Facility in White Plains, NY to assist as needed on the floor and as allowed by the Department of Health. The ideal candidate should have a very positive and can-do attitude with a great work ethic

Must be willing to work as a front-line staff member during the COVID crisis

No license required. The DOH has eased requirements due to the current pandemic and those with and without healthcare experience are welcome to apply

The primary function of the Unit Assistant is to:

• Help the nursing staff with clinical and non-clinical functions such as bed making, room tidiness, resident transport (in wheelchairs), feeding, assisting residents with daily living needs and similar
• Additionally, there are other opportunities for Unit Assistants to engage the nursing home residents in recreation activities and during dining. Please inquire for further details and the complete job description.
• Other duties as assigned and as allowed by the Department of Health
