Occupational Therapist -Inpatient Therapy OT (0-12 hours per week) #5753

• Consistently performs initial patient evaluations including administering appropriate tests/measures, identifies impairments and functional limitations. Establishes initial plan of treatment in conjunction with the patient/caregiver.
• Promptly selects & administers treatment strategies based on current physician orders and established treatment plans.
• Correctly and consistently identifies functional improvement and goal attainment on a regular basis, supported by documented subjective and objective changes. Promptly updates treatment plans and goals per department standards.
• Consistently completes documentation following department standard and timeframes. Documentation reflects skilled intervention and supports therapeutic interventions as reasonable and necessary.
• Continually works to achieve productivity per department standards and completes job duties in an efficient and effective manner. Takes initiative to use non-productive time to benefit the department as a whole.

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Wisconsin licensed or eligible required. If eligible, must obtain license within 3 months of hire.
• Two years occupational therapy experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.

• 0-12 hours per week 1st Shift (7:00am - 4:00pm) Weekend & Holiday rotation required
