We are seeking an experienced Ocean Air Import/Export Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the import and export operations of ocean and air freight shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end import and export process for ocean and air freight shipments.
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
Prepare and submit documentation for customs clearance, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.
Resolve any issues or delays in shipment delivery, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including customs regulations, trade agreements, and international shipping requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and government agencies.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ocean and air import/export operations.
Strong understanding of customs regulations and international trade compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
