About this opportunity:

Albion Staffing Solutions has a client in need of an Office Clerk / Ocean Agent to work at a freight forwarding company located in the Miami, FL area.

Essential Functions:

  1. Operation and documentation for Warehouse Distribution and Ocean Shipments
  2. Issue electronic bonded documentation (7512) for warehouse distribution
  3. Input cargo information in Warehousing System
  4. Coordination with trucking companies/Steamship Lines/Other Freight Forwarders
  5. Maintain accurate customer inventory
  6. Issuing invoicing for customers
  7. Customer service

Position Qualifications:

  1. At least Two (2) years experiences covering international freight forwarding
  2. Knowledge of Warehousing System
  3. Knowledge of regulation of logistics
  4. Skill of Excel for controlling piece counts of warehouse in / out
  5. Spoken and written fluency the both English and Spanish
  6. Availability of professional references and background check will be required.

Schedule:

  1. Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday

Workplace Location:

Applicants will work at our client's facility located at Miami, FL area.
