We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee to join our clients team!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Office Manager
  • Location: Southwest Central Houston
  • Pay: $21.00 to 31.25 per hour DOE, eligible for bonus year 2
  • Hours: 8-5, M-F
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties: Small manufacturing company is looking for an Office Manager to manage and perform administrative and bookkeeping duties. Company offers a family-oriented work environment along with 100% paid medical benefits and other perks.
  • Requirements: Proficiency with MS Office, ability to learn companys manufacturing software, prior bookkeeping experience required, knowledge of accounting practices and terms, banking, payroll experience and must possess a high level of trust and discretion. 5+ years in a bookkeeping role is required.
