The Office Marketing Coordinator supports our team of brokers, management and other staff in the areas of marketing and administrative tasks, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations of a fast-paced real estate office. The Office Marketing Coordinator provides unsurpassed customer service to SSF clients and guests, often as the first point of contact.

Duties Include:

  • Marketing Support including, assisting Brokers with listing presentations, postcard program, placing advertisements and creating email blasts
  • Input and update listings in the Multiple Listing Service
  • Run property searches for Brokers and setup showings
  • Assist with campaigns, customizing dashboards and maintaining contacts in CRM
  • Assist Brokers with property maintenance needs
  • Coordinate flow of office including, greeting visitors and answering phones, ordering and stocking supplies, maintaining office appearance, distributing mail and maintaining petty cash
  • Maintain consistent and professional attendance, cooperative attitude in working with the external guests (clients) and internal guests (brokers/marketing/support personnel like tech), supervisors and homeowners.

Start Date: January 1, 2020

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $18 / hour + bonus

Schedule: Thursday - Monday

Minimum Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent marketing & administrative experience.
  • Computer proficiency including using programs such as Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and other web based software programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a sense of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
