We are currently hiring for an Office Service Coordinator for our corporate offices in Salt Lake City, UT. The Office Service Coordinator uses quality customer service skills in performing light clerical duties at both the ESMI Store Support Center (SSC) and National Sales Center (NSC). The incumbent will handle sorting, delivering, and preparing outgoing mail, supply inventory and requisition, stocking necessary office and pantry items, as well as, demonstrate proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment. This is a part-time position (~25 hours per week) and daily schedule will be 12:00 pm- 5:00 pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sort and deliver mail to appropriate party
  • Prepare outgoing mail
  • Maintains supply inventory listings and orderings
  • Light clerical duties
  • Stocking Break Room with needed items
  • Office support duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year related clerical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of automated office systems, machines and equipment
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly motivated self-starter
