Position Summary	The OILS program in the UniversityLibraries & Learning Sciences seeks to hire Temporary Part-Time Faculty toteach courses in our graduate program for the 2025 Spring semester. The programanticipates a need for a Temporary Part-time Faculty position for OILS 593 (MentoringNetwork).
Qualifications	Minimum Qualification: Doctoral degree in the Instructional Design and Technology, Learning Sciences, Education, or related field A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge about mentoring evidence-based theories and career development Leadership experience Teaching experience teaching online An understanding of and commitment to mastery-based learning
