Description of Work
Position Purpose:
Provide clerical support to Vice President of Construction, Division Cadence Manager, Division Warranty Manager, Area Construction Managers/Project Managers and Customer Experience Manager. Provides administrative support to the field warranty team. Maintain Operations electronic files and archives.
*Note that this is contract assignment for up to 6 months*
Position Responsibilities:
Starts:
- Process Permit/ACC check requests
- Assemble packets for Permit submittal
- Maintain Architectural Control Committee Applications
- Assist with Build-Pro document upload
- Assist with Job documentation organization for Permit submittal
Construction/Customer Relations:
- Acquire an understanding of the Taylor Morrison Warranty Program and Homeowner Maintenance requirements
- Assist field warranty personnel with outstanding invoices/payments.
- Utilize Build-Pro to assist superintendents and sub-contractors with information retrieval
- Responsible for verifying each closed job documentation has been uploaded to BuildPro
- Enter in new warranty calls
- Code Symbeo Construction invoices
- Run weekly closing report
- Send weekly emails to closed homeowners (exceptions/welcome emails)
Administrative:
- Process check requests
- Responsible for maintaining/scanning all closed warranty house files (pre-acquisition project ~ 6 months).
- Responsible for archiving warranty files over 10 years old (pre-acquisition project ~ 6 months).
- Responsible for and assembling Walk Folders for the construction teams.
- Responsible for any needed administrative duties for Vice President of Construction, Division Cadence Manager, Division Warranty Manager, Area Construction Managers/Project Managers and Customer Experience Manager

Minimum QualificationsCompetencies:
Education and specific training/certification Requirements: High School diploma, computer experience, i.e. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
Experience Requirements: At least one year experience in administrative role supporting staff
