Major/Essential Functions
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
-Will provide medical education to medical students/residents
-Will participate in research activities and/or projects
-Will perform a wide variety of Ophthalmic surgical procedures
-Will provide in-patient and out-patient care
-Will be required to be on-call as directed
-Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and procedures
-Demonstrates professionalism in accordance with the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine Declaration of Faculty Responsibility
-Ensures compliance with HIPPA and billing regulations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-M.D/D.O. with residency training in Ophthalmology
-Texas Medical License or eligible for licensure in the State of Texas
-Board Certified in Ophthalmology
