Duties will include:
- Review sales and measure notes and verify accuracy
- Communicate with sales reps and measure technicians/project managers regarding ordering questions
- Order all materials with appropriate manufacturer
- Order all service parts and re-order materials as necessary to complete projects
- Update notes in CRM regarding dates ordered and ship dates/ETAs
- Update project status in CRM
- Input material costs in CRM
- Follow up with vendors regarding ship dates and/or product delays
- Follow up with vendors regarding credits for damaged and/or incorrect products
- Review/ manage production reports
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong computer systems skills and ability to learn and master multiple systems
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experienced maintaining and managing accurate ordering systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience accurately performing critical data management and reporting
- Must be able to train in Albuquerque
