Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals is committed to providing state-of-the-art treatment for foot and ankle conditions, sports injuries, andtrauma surgery. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedOrthopedic Medical Scribe to support our orthopedic surgeons and enhancepatient care efficiency. The Orthopedic Medical Scribe will be an integral member of our orthopedicteam, working closely with our surgeons to document patient encounters,procedures, and consultations. The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate andcomprehensive medical records, facilitating efficient patient flow, andenabling our physicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Minimum Qualifications |
High school degree or GED; at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that is above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
Preferred Qualifications | Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred. Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a similar role is highly desirable, especially in orthopedics or a surgical specialty. Excellent typing and computer skills, with proficiency in EMR systems. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, particularly in orthopedics. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and physicians. Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings |
