Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

Job Summary: Administers a variety of therapeutic procedures and agents utilized in the short and long term rehabilitation of inpatients, outpatients and home care patients ( orthopedic, neurological, pulmonary, cardiac, medical and surgical) within the guidelines set forth in a physicians order and by the American Occupational Therapy Association for a COTA position

Minimum Education Requirements: Associates degree required

Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of one to three years experience

Other skills and abilities: Skills consistent with entry level COTA

Equipment/Software/Certification: MA license or eligibility; CPR certification preferred
