Outside Sales Rep

Position will be based in our Denver, Colorado location. This position requires industry countertop sales experience, as well as production builder and custom builder experience. You will call on fabricators, dealers, builders, contractors and interior designers in the metro Denver area. You will use proven negotiation techniques to find equitable solutions for both parties. Success will also involve assuring our high standards of service, introducing new products and expanding on the potential of existing accounts.
$60,000 to $90,000 DOE, with potential for commission depending on performance.

Job Requirements:

2-5 years Outside Sales industry experience, with proven track record
Prior experience with production builders and custom builders
Self-motivated, disciplined, with high energy
Highly productive, great time management skills
Must have strong sales/customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and telephonic) and speak effectively before groups
Strong problem solving skills
Must be able to calculate figures and read documents
Intermediate computer skills, including: Outlook, Word and Excel
Some College coursework completed; 4 year College degree preferred
