Arizona Tile is opening a new location in Boise. We are seeking an experienced Outside Sale Rep. This Sales Representative calls on Fabricators, Flooring, Kitchen and Bath dealers and well as builders and specifiers. Sales Reps must maintain thorough product knowledge, be aware of product availability and technical aspects of product and installation. Must be self-motivated, disciplined, with high energy. This position will require same day travel.
Floor covering and/or Granite/Slab Industry experience preferred
College degree in business administration or marketing preferred
Highly productive, with great time management skills
Must have strong sales/customer service skills
Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and telephone
Must be able to calculate figures and read documents and speak effectively before groups.
Intermediate computer skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide individualized service and close the sell.
Self started who proactively finds solutions to customers needs.
Source and cold call on potential new clients to develop the new market.
Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any potential concerns.

Job Requirements:
2+ years previous experience in Outside Slab Sales, including developing new marketFloor covering and/or Granite/Slab Industry experience preferred
College degree in business administration or marketing preferred
Highly productive, with great time management skills
Must have strong sales/customer service skills

Must be able to calculate figures and read documents and speak effectively before groups.
