Job Description
Outside Sales Position will be based in our Houston, Texas location. The sales territory will encompass Houston and surrounding areas. You will seek out new residential opportunities and pursue new projects through strong relationships with Builders, Remodelers, and Designers who specify Arizona Tile products, as well as the Tile Contractors and Fabricators who install for them. You must maintain thorough product knowledge, be aware of product availability and technical aspects of product and installation. Must be self-motivated, disciplined, with high energy, and be equally comfortable discussing design elements and negotiating to find equitable solutions for all parties.
Industry and territory experience required calling on the Houston area.
Some College Coursework completed; 4-yr degree preferred

Look for new business opportunities and follow up on leads
Excellent communication with customers including; providing accurate information, skillful negotiations, timely follow up and/or problem resolution and ability to close the sale

Job Requirements:
2-5 years outside sales experience with a proven track record of successIndustry and territory experience required calling on the Houston area.
