Job Description
This Sales Representative calls on production builders, design centers servicing production builders, custom home builders, tile contractors, fabricators, Interior Designers, and Contractors specifying Arizona Tile products. Sales Reps must maintain thorough product knowledge, be aware of product availability and technical aspects of product and installation. Must be self-motivated, disciplined, with high energy.
Industry and territory experience required calling on the Tucson area.
Some College Coursework completed; 4-yr degree preferred

Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive
Outstanding communication skills including verbal and written
Intermediate computer skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide individualized service and close the sell.
Self started who proactively finds solutions to customers needs.
Source and cold call on potential new clients.
Demonstrate a positive attitude of cooperation and respect.
Develop, maintain and grow client relationships.
Actively promote the Companys products and uphold the Companys margin philosophies.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide proactively solutions to customers needs, after actively listening to customers needs.
Look for new business opportunities and follow up on leads
Excellent communication with customers including; providing accurate information, skillful negotiations, timely follow up and/or problem resolution and ability to close the sale.

2-5 years outside sales experience with a proven track record of successIndustry and territory experience required calling on the Tucson area.
